Having more stamina.

Feeling deeply relaxed.

Being vibrantly healthy.

All this and much more can be yours through a simple session of Reiki.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki assists your body in healing in a completely natural way using a gentle energy, going to the cause of the discomfort of illness, even if unknown to the recipient.

Distant Reiki

Equally effective as in-person Reiki sessions. I send the Reiki energy to you from where I am to where you are. It is helpful to have a picture of you while I am sending the Reiki.

It will also work and heal areas you may have forgotten were injured.  Reiki can enhance any innate "genius" you possess, so it is not just for the ill.

Reiki is helpful if you suffer from:

Pet Reiki
Reiki for animals is never a substitute for proper veterinary care but it is a wonderful healing energy. You will find that this calming energy will settle your pet, help with digestive problems and solve many behavioral issues.

Natural alternative therapies can complement traditional veterinary care. If your pet is sick, injured, on medication, or you have any other concerns, you can check with your vet prior to offering the remedy or therapy. Be aware that your vet may advise you to not use the natural/holistic/alternative remedy or therapy. It may be because they believe it could harm your pet (such as there could be a negative reaction with a medication your pet is on now) or they are not familiar with the remedy or therapy (most vets do not learn about natural remedies and therapies in veterinary school and have to take additional courses to do so). Your vet is your pet's friend and should have their best interest at heart. Do your homework and explore your options. For a seriously ill pet or life-threatening condition, please always seek proper veterinary care. Monica is not a veterinarian. Monica is available for Reiki Sessions:

Your Reiki session with me will begin with me asking you if you have any specific ailments or concerns that you would like to address before the session begins.
